The purpose of this program is to evaluate the factors that contributed to your current status of academic probation and to define strategies that may help you to return to good academic standing.  In order to complete the Academic Recovery Program, you will need to finish the following three components:

  1. Fill out and submit Survey 1, the Self-Assessment, by February 3, 2014. (KU ID required)

  2. Make an appointment with your academic advisor in the Undergraduate Advising Center by February 10, 2014.
When you schedule your appointment, make sure to tell them that the reason for your appointment is part of the Academic Recovery Program.

  3. Fill out and submit Survey 2, the Progress Report, by April 14, 2014. (KU ID required)
